Terms & Conditions :

1. Advance payment to be made by only Bank Draft drawn in favour of  “Sr.

    Accounts Officer. R.P.A.O.II (SOI & NATMO). Kolkata” payable at Kolkata for

    orders placed with the Director, National Atlas & Thematic Mapping Organisation. 

2. Cash purchase can be made from the office of the Director, National Atlas &

    Thematic Mapping Organisation, Kolkata. 

3. Money order will not be accepted. The publication will not be sent by V. P. P. 

4. A discount of 25% is allowed to Dealers and 10% to Educational Institutions &

    Public Library. 

5. 10% of the Net value of Bill amount will be charged for Packing & Freight Charge,

    after deducting the discount if applicable subject to minimum charge Rs. 20/-. In 

    addition  to Rs. 100/- will be added for each box, if required. 

6. There will be no Packing & Freight charge of 10% if the party place an order of

    minimum Rs. 25,000/- Net Value (Gross Total - discount) in one Demand Draft

    against a single Invoice & Bill. 

7. Price are subject to change. 

Sale: 10.00 to 13.00 & 14.00 to 16.00 hours on working days. Saturdays & 

Sundays are closed.
