The Director, NATMO on behalf of the President of India, invited sealed Tenders for procurement of Security Guards to   be deployed in different units of the Organisation located in Kolkata.

            Interested private Security Agencies with Proven records and possessing Service Tax, Income-Tax , Agency Registration certificate, clearance certificate etc, from the competent authorities and undertaking that they will pay minimum wages including VDA( Rs. 180+ 44 = 224/- per day ) prescribed by the Central Government ( Ministry of Labour & Employment)for casual workers/ labours, can furnish Tender in the enclosed schedule / format. In case, if any tender document found incomplete, such tender documents will be treated as cancelled.

            Last date of issue of Tender documents.           16.07. 2010 

            Last date for submission of Sealed Tender        27.07. 2010  (14.00 hours).

                                                  SCHEDULE FOR TENDER

1. The cover containing quotation should be sealed and superscribed by  “ Tender for Security Guards ”. The due date of opening is 27.07. 2010  at 15.00 hours. The sealed covers are to be posted in the Tender Box kept in the office of National Atlas & Thematic Mapping Organisation at Kolkata 700 064 not later than 14.00 hours on 27.07. 2010. Covers not so superscribed are liable to be ignored. Covers sent by post should have similar superscription.

2. It is the responsibility of the tenderers to see that their tenders reach the office of NATMO at the above address by due date and time.

3. An authorized representative may remain present at the time of opening of the tenders.

4. The offer should remain open on 27.07.2010 from the date of opening of the tenders.

5. Any error or corrections should be duly authenticated by the person signing the tender, over writing should be avoided.

6. The NATMO reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason.

7. Payment will be made within six weeks after completion or supply and receipt of the related bill.

8. The contract with the Agency will be on purely temporary basis/ may be terminated by the Govt. without assigning any reason at any time.

9. The necessary facilities required by the personnel are to be supplied/ granted by the agency only.

10. The Agency will be fully responsible for maintaining the security of the premises ailing which the cost of damages, ascertained by the Govt. will be born by the Agency.

11. The Agencies required to submit their Declaration that “they will pay minimum wages including VDA (Rs. 180 + 44 = 224/- )” prescribed by the Ministry of Labour & Employment. Government of India.(No.1/4(3)/2010 Is-II dated 25/03/2010)

12. The payment as per contract will be made straightway to the Agency. The personnel employed would be under the Pay roll of Agency. It is the duty of the Agency to pay wages, ESI, PF and Bonus to the employed persons as per declaration.

13.  The Agency will be responsible for the safety of the entire premises and the materials as and when stored there.

Seal tenders are invited for Annual Maintenance Contracts of the following Computers and peripherals, from the reputed, registered Manufacturers / Distributors / Seller / Re-Sellers /  Agents / Firms etc. having valid latest Trade Licenses, Sales tax clearance certificates, PAN Number.  

The quotations are to be submitted to the office of the Director, National Atlas & Thematic Mapping Organization, 7A Tiljala Road, Kolkata-700 046. latest by 13.08.2008 up to 12.00 noon and it will be opened on the same day at 15.00 hrs.  Tenders without submission of the valid papers etc. as mentioned above, will not be entertained.

• 7.      Payments will be made after completion of the AMC period or Bank Gurantee@ 10% of the total Bill value to be submitted by the Vendor who will take the AMC job, for receiving the Payment in advance.

• 8.    Photo copy of the valid sales tax, .VAT Registration, PAN Card etc.should be submitted along with the tender papers.

• 9. AMC job to be taken up within two weeks of issue of the job.
