Seal tenders are invited for purchase and repairing of the following item, from the reputed, registered Manufacturers / Distributors / Seller / Re-Sellers /  Agents / Firms etc. having valid latest Trade Licenses, Sales tax clearance certificates, PAN Number.  

The quotations are to be submitted to the office of the Director, National Atlas & Thematic Mapping Organization, CGO Complex, 7th Floor, DF Block, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-700 064. latest by 24.06.2008 up to 12.00 noon and it will be opened on the same day at 15.00 hrs.  Tenders without submission of the valid papers etc. as mentioned above, will not be entertained.

 CONDITIONS

• 1.      The cover containing quotation should be sealed and super scribed “ Tender for         ..................................................................... ''   due date for opening 24/06/2008"and       posted in the Tender Box kept in the office of the National Atlas & Thematic Mapping Organization, at store section not later than 12.00 O ‘Clock on 24.06.2008. It will be opened at 15.00 hrs. on the same date. Covers not super scribed are liable to ignored. Covers sent by post should have similar super scripting. 

• 2.       It is the responsibility of the Tenderers to see that their tenders reach the office of the NATMO at the above address by due date and time.

• 3.     An authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of the Tender.

• 4.      The offer should remain open for six month from the the date of opening of the Tender.

• 5.      Any error or corrections should be duly authenticated by the person signing the Tender., over writing should be avoided.

• 6.      NATMO reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason.

• 7. Bank Guarantee @ 10% of the total bill value to be submitted by the vendor who will supply the material and should be deposited for receiving payments.

• 8.      Payments will be made after supply of the materials, certified by the user and receipt of the related Bills.

• 9.    Photo copy of the valid sales tax, .VAT Registration, PAN Card etc.should be submitted along with the tender papers.

• 10. Estimate should be valid for six month from the date of purchase of the materials for further order if needed.

• Paper should be as per specification

• Prompt services for delivery of paper has to be done

• Transportation cost for supply of paper will have to be borne by the supplier
